Juchu, sušené huby, slepačí bujón, cesnak, sušené slivky, mletá rasca, čierne korenie, soľ dáme variť. Keď začne vrieť necháme variť asi 15 minút na miernom ohni. Potom pridáme klobásu a varíme ďalej na miernom ohni.
Medzi tým si pripravíme zápražku z masla a cibule. Cibuľu speníme na masle odstavíme a pridáme mletú červenú papriku zamiešame , vlejeme do juchy a necháme ešte 15 minút povariť na miernom ohni. Ešte dochutíme, pridáme majorán necháme povariť 3 minúty a dobrú chuť.
Poznámka: Ak je jucha veľmi kyslá dolejeme vodou. Aj v prípade odparenie väčšieho množstva juchy dolievame vodou.
Sciranka
30 dg hrubej múky, 3 vajíčka štipka soli, všetko zhnetieme (ak by sa nedalo zhniesť pridáme trocha vody. (Cesto musí byť tvrdé) Cesto strúhame na strúhadle (ako jabĺčka) a posypávame múkou aby sa cestovina nezlepila. Varíme v slanej vode s lyžicou oleja, kým cestovina nevypláva na povrch

Christmas soup (sauerkraut soup)
- Sauerkraut juice (i use 1.5l)
- dried mushrooms (per handful),
- smoked and raw sausage,
- 1 cube of your favorite chicken broth,
- 8 cloves of garlic,
- 3 dried prunes,
- 1 medium-sized onion,
- ground cumin,
- black pepper,
- marjoram,
- salt,
- red pepper powder (not spicy)
- butter.
Boil sauerkraut juice, dried mushrooms, chicken broth, garlic, prunes, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt. When it starts to boil, let it cook for about 15 minutes on a low heat. Then add the sausages and continue to cook on a low heat.
In the meantime, we will prepare a butter and onion stew. Saute the onion in butter, set aside and add red pepper powder, stir, pour into the soup and let it cook for another 15 minutes on low heat. Add more seasoning if necessary, add marjoram, let it cook for 3 minutes and enjoy.
Note: If the soup is very sour, add water. Even if a large amount of soup evaporates, top up with water.
Sciranka or mrvenica (grated egg pasta for soup)
- 30 dg of coarse flour,
- 3 eggs,
- a pinch of salt.
Knead everything. If there is too much flour, no worry, add a little water. The dough must be hard. Grate the dough on a grater (like an apple) and sprinkle with flour so that the pasta does not stick together. Cook in salted water with a spoon of oil until the pasta floats to the surface
