Na oleji opražiť cibuľu, červenú papriku, mäso, rasca, čierne korenie, soľ. Mäso urobiť domäkka. Zaliať juchou, pridať huby. Pridať na suchu opraženú klobásu.
Rozmiešať vodu s múkou, vliať na zahustenie.
Mačanka, literally from verb to soak. Soak the bread in. It got its name based on the fact that it is served with bread, which is either crumbled or at least dipped into the macanka. - Chicken broth
- Flour for thickening - semi-coarse and smooth
- Bacon for greasing
Fry onion in little bit of oil, add red pepper, meat, cumin, black pepper, salt. Add the meat and cook until soft at home. Pour the broth, add the mushrooms. Add the dry-fried sausage.
Mix water with flour, pour to thicken.
