Zelenina
- Cibuľka nadrobno, 2 veľké ks
- Sterilizovaná zelenina (mrkva, hrach)
- Zemiaky uvarené v šupke a nakrájané na malé kocky (cez sitkový krájač), 2.5kg (veľmi odhadom)
- Uhorky na drobno (podľa chuti)
- Vajíčka uvarené natvrdo 6ks
Na omáčku (cca množstvá, zvyšok podľa chuti)
- Majonéza, 1 cca 250ml sklíčko
- Jogurt biely smotanový, 200g (Sabi je super abo zvolen). Určite nie nízkotučné
- Cukor cca jednu rovnú lyžicu, vymiešať v jogurte
- Trošku vegety, medzi prsty
- 2 rovné polievkové lyžice worchester omáčky
- Horčica jedna polievková lyžica
- Čierne korenie
- Soľ
Omáčku si vymiešame, dochutíme a nalejeme na pripravenú zeleninu. Ak sa nam zda salat husty, mozeme zriedit stavou z kyslych uhoriek.

Potato salad
(this salad is usually made for Christmas, Easter holidays or for any family event. You can put it on the bread as well)
Vegetables & eggs
- Onion finely chopped, 2 large pieces
- Carrots - boiled, peas - boiled
- Potatoes boiled in their skins and cut into small cubes (through a sieve slicer), 2.5kg (very approximate)
- Pickles finely chopped (to taste)
- Hard-boiled eggs 6pcs
Sauce
- For the sauce (approximate quantities, the rest to taste)
- Mayonnaise, 1 approx. 250ml glass
- Creamy white yogurt (Greek), 200g. Definitely not low-fat
- Sugar approx. one level spoon, mix in yogurt
- A little of vegeta seasoning, a pinch (or any other equivalent of dried vegetable & salt)
- 2 level tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Mustard one tablespoon
- Black pepper
- Salt
Mix the sauce, season and pour over the prepared vegetables. If the salad seems too thick, you can add a bit of pickled cucumber.
Some families prepare this salad a day in advance to let all the flavors meld. I made a small portion without eggs and onion for the baby :)
